Art Classes! 

Circa Gallery is here to encourage your child to spend time this summer exploring developing, and expressing his or her creativity and skills through a wide variety of hands-on art media.  Indoor and outdoor arts and crafts, tour of the gallery, and art-related exercises will be integrated into each class session. Emphasis will be on the art process and encouraging each child’s individual style through learning technique and gaining skill. 

All materials will be supplied by Circa Gallery for kids classes, camps, and special workshops unless otherwise noted. Tools and materials are provided for some classes, please read descriptions carefully. If a class requires you to bring your own supplies please request the supply list at time of registration.

Students who have their own tools are encouraged to bring them to the class. Students may also bring their own materials to incorporate into class projects whenever feasible.

Cancellations/Refunds/Credits

Circa Gallery makes every effort to maintain the schedule of classes as announced in the brochure.  However, we reserve the right to cancel any course, combine classes, and to substitute teachers when necessary. 

Fees are 100% refundable if the Circa Gallery cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment or if the student cancels 21 days before the start date.  Fees are 50% refundable if the student cancels 14-20 days before the start date. NO REFUNDS will be made within 2 weeks of class start date. 

Students who must drop a class within this 2 week period will receive a CREDIT VOUCHER for the full class fee good for one year from the issue date.  Circa Gallery will not re-issue credit vouchers due to misplacement.  No credit vouchers will be issued after the second class whether or not you attend any class.

• What do I need to do to register for a class?
  Registration will be accepted with full payment in person, over the phone and email. If you have any questions please email us at circagallery@gmail.com.
  
  
• If I miss a class, can I get my money back?
  If I have signed up for a class but I can't make it, what do I do?
  Class registration fees are nonrefundable. Please consult your calendar carefully before booking. In the event of an emergency we will make all attempts to fill your spot in the class. If we are able to find another participant to take your place you will be issued a credit for the amount of the class fee applicable to future classes based on availability.
  
  
• What happens if Circa Gallery cancels a class?
  We reserve the right to cancel classes based on enrollment. Refunds will be issued to registrants.
  

• Are all materials provided in the classes?
  Tools and materials are provided for some classes, please read descriptions carefully. If a class requires you to bring your own supplies please request the supply list at time of registration.
  
  
• Where can I find the supply list of the class I want to take or have registered for?
  You can find a link to the supply list online in the class description of each class that requires a supply list, or we can give you one in the gallery. Please give yourself plenty of time to collect your supplies.
